Chapter 21.5. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND DRAINAGE

§ 21.5-13. Spills and dumping—General prohibitions.

Except as set forth under section 21.5-10 of this chapter or as in accordance with a valid NPDES permit, any discharge to the stormwater system that is not composed entirely of stormwater is prohibited.
